Refund Policy

At Pixelbloom, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services and client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our work, we have the following refund policy in place:


1. General Policy

Our services are time-intensive, strategy-based, and require upfront planning and resource allocation. Therefore, refunds are only granted in limited and justifiable cases.


2. No Refunds on Completed Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already been completed or partially completed
  • Strategy, consulting, or any intellectual property already delivered
  • Hours already logged and work performed by our team

3. Monthly Marketing Plans / Retainers

  • If you are on a monthly marketing plan or retainer, you may cancel at any time by giving at least 14 days prior written notice.
  • Services already rendered within that billing cycle will not be refunded.
  • If you have prepaid for multiple months and wish to cancel, we may offer a partial refund for the unused portion, at our discretion.

4. Website Development / Design Projects

  • 50% advance is non-refundable once the project begins.
  • If the project is cancelled after significant work has been done, additional charges may apply based on the percentage of project completion.
  • If the client becomes unresponsive for 30+ days, the project may be considered abandoned with no refund.

5. Paid Advertising Campaigns (PPC, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • We do not offer refunds on advertising budget spent through third-party platforms.
  • Our service fees for campaign setup, optimization, and management are non-refundable after work has started.
  • If a campaign is suspended due to policy violations by the client, no refund will be provided.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us at [Your Email] with:

  • Your full name
  • Project or invoice number
  • Reason for the request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.


7. Disputes

If there is a concern regarding service quality or delivery, we encourage clients to reach out to us directly before initiating any chargebacks or disputes. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and professionally.


8. Exceptions

Refunds may be approved in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors caused by our team
